Plump, 1 1/2-in. cloves have delicious, mild garlic-like flavor and are tasty for dips and sauces--can also be baked whole. Bulbs commonly weigh a pound or more. Very easy peeling and keeps very well. Can be planted in the fall or spring. Averages 10 cloves per bulb.
